Building an AI Roadmap Against a Moving Frontier
Half of an AI roadmap is a bet that the frontier will not absorb the feature before it ships. The other half is what survives when it does.
Asia · Central Asia · KGZ
A small, open Central Asian economy inside the Eurasian Economic Union, with re-export trade, hydropower and mining as the practical entry points.
Kyrgyzstan is the most liberal trading environment in Central Asia and the most politically variable. EAEU membership gives goods produced or cleared here duty-free access to a large regional market, which is why re-export and light assembly dominate the commercial landscape. Hydropower potential is substantial but capital-intensive, and mining has a documented history of investor–state disputes. This is a market for clients who structure carefully and monitor closely, not for passive positions.
Exposures are political volatility, mining sector dispute history, remittance-linked economic sensitivity to Russia, secondary sanctions scrutiny on re-export flows, and winter energy reliability. Robust arbitration clauses, transparent ownership and active counterparty screening are the mitigations that matter.
We publish dimension-level ratings only where our analysts have completed an assessment. Unrated dimensions are issued as part of a commissioned country assessment.

Half of an AI roadmap is a bet that the frontier will not absorb the feature before it ships. The other half is what survives when it does.

The AI growth ceiling is a design problem disguised as a demand problem. Hiring more sellers usually reaches a slower version of the same wall.

Two AI companies with identical products can differ by thirty margin points. The gap is engineered, not inherited.
